1. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Charges

We provide FREE Express Shipping across India on all orders. There are no hidden courier fees or Cash on Delivery surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Order Verification: Within 2 to 4 hours of receiving your order, our verification team sends a WhatsApp confirmation message.
Dispatch Window: All confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 24 business hours from our regional fulfillment centers.
Transit Duration: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your postal PIN code and location.

3. Courier Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our delivery partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, Shadowfax), you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp update with your live tracking Air Waybill (AWB) link.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol

Please ensure an authorized adult is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment. You can pay the delivery executive using cash or by scanning their UPI QR code using apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm.

5. Failed Delivery & Re-Attempts

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to three (3) times before returning the parcel to origin (RTO). Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable on the delivery day.
